As you know we are rushing to finalize FIM JCISS special issue vol 45 in 2020.

Please contribute your talk or recent result to the special issue of vol 45 FIM JCISS in 2020.

The deadline is by 15th of December 2020.

The special issue has the topic: 

                     Soft computing and meta heuristics. 

But any topics can be acceptable.

Please follow the author indications:

• less than 20% similarity
• not less than 8 pages.(supposedly 10 pages more) in attached template.
• plural open-authors' name review process with majority based decision as the review sheet is attached.
• topics are wider  even though the title soft computing and meta heuristics.
• mathematical expressions are essential without being wordy .
